DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM GIFTS?

Yes. Every YAHDID gift is thoughtfully curated around the occasion, recipient, preferences, and selected budget.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?

Orders should be placed at least 48 hours before your desired delivery date. Earlier ordering is recommended for holidays, larger orders, and highly customized requests.

CAN I CHOOSE EXACTLY WHAT GOES INSIDE MY GIFT?

Your questionnaire allows you to share favorite colors, interests, preterences, special requests, and items to avoid. We use those details to thoughtfully curate your gift.

Specific products may be requested but are subject to availability.

WILL MY GIFT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

Photos represent YAHDID's style and presentation.

Because each gift is individually curated, exact products, florals, packaging, and details may vary based on availability.

WHEN IS MY ORDER CONFIRMED?

Your order is officially confirmed once your completed order form and full payment have been received.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once sourcing or preparation has begun.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Orders canceled within 24 hours of placing the order may be eligible for a full refund, provided sourcing or preparation has not begun.

For cancellations made more than 24 hours after the order was placed, 30% of the order total is non-refundable to account for planning, sourcing, preparation, and other costs associated with your custom order.

ARE THERE ANY ORDERS THAT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

Yes. Orders that include perishable items (such as fresh flowers, fresh food, or other time-sensitive products) are non-refundable due to the nature of these items.

DO YOUR GIFTS INCLUDE FOOD OR TREATS?

Yes. Some gifts may include packaged foods, sweets, beverages, or other edible items, depending on the selected gift and the recipient's preferences.

WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT HAS ALLERGIES?

If your gift includes food or edible products, please make sure to fill out the "Any Allergies?" section in the order questionnaire. Include all known allergies or dietary restrictions so we can safely and thoughtfully curate the gift.

CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONAL MESSAGE?

Yes. You can add a personal message during checkout or in the order form, and we'll include it with your gift.

CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC ITEMS?

Absolutely. You can let us know your specific item requests, favorite colors, themes, or preferences in the order questionnaire. We'll make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requests, although specific

brands, products, or items are subject to availability.

Yes. We offer corporate and bulk orders for businesses, events, client appreciation, employee gifts, and other special occasions. We can create custom options to fit your needs, theme, and budget.

CAN YOU ADD BUSINESS BRANDING?

Yes. Business branding is available as an optional add-on and may include your business logo, custom tags, branded cards, or other personalized details. Please allow up to 5 business days for production on branded orders.

An additional branding fee applies and will be added at checkout.

CAN I SEND GIFTS TO MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS?

Absolutely. You can provide a list of recipients and their details, and we'll handle the rest. Each gift will be carefully prepared and delivered to the correct address with the personalization you request.
